A short, plain-language privacy notice

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry form, Filmhaus receives the information you choose to share — typically your name, email, company details, project notes, and (from the package builder) the package and estimate you selected. We also use Google Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymized usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referral source.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to evaluate fit, reply to your request, prepare project recommendations, and keep a record of our conversation. Analytics help us understand which pages are useful and improve the site. We do not sell inquiry or analytics information.

Service providers

Our website is hosted by Vercel. The primary contact and retainer forms use 17hats. Package-builder requests and the optional contact email fallback are emailed to us through FormSubmit. Site analytics use Google Analytics. Those providers process data only as needed to operate the site, deliver messages, and report usage.

Questions or deletion requests

Email info@filmhaus.co if you want to ask what we have, correct it, or request deletion.
